Do I need any AI or tech experience?
No. Level 1 — Explorer meets you at your starting point and builds the language and foundations before anything technical.
Who is this for?
Coaches, mentors, supervisors and HR or L&D professionals with relevant practice experience who want to design responsible AI coaching experiences.
Can I start with the Pioneer Bundle and upgrade?
Yes. Explorer and Pioneer are the readiness pathway into Level 3 — you can upgrade to Architect later.
What is the time commitment?
The self-paced Explorer takes approx. 2–4 hours. The Pioneer level adds four 2-hour live sessions plus 6–8 hours of self-paced work (approx. 16–20 hours in total with the Explorer). The Architect level adds five 2-hour live intensives plus 12–16 hours of build work — approx. 38–46 hours across the Full Journey.
